Our menu draws from the high-altitude cuisines of Colombia, Peru, and Argentina: Peruvian tiradito in passionfruit leche de tigre, grass-fed scotch fillet with chimichurri, slow-braised beef ribs, Colombian arepas con queso, cassava tortillas, open-fire grilled meats, and more.

Colombian Coffee

Single-origin Colombian specialty coffee, direct trade from family farms in the Colombian highlands. Available as espresso, latte, flat white, cold brew, and filter.
